The Noble Grand has authorized me to ask all the Lodge members a set of questions regarding Personally-Identifiable Information, your preferences regarding emails being sent out, and a couple other general informational questions.

Please answer the following:

Who may have access to your phone number?
Who may have access to your email address?
Who may have access to your street address?
Who may have access to your date of birth (not year)?
Is it OK to give your name, city of residence, and your age to a newspaper or other mass media?
The Secretary will send out meeting reminders with unapproved meeting minutes via email every two weeks or so. Would you like to receive them?
Are you aware that you can synchronize the Lodge calendar with your smart phone and computer with a Subscribe link at the bottom of the Calendar Page?
Certain communications are required to be sent by postal mail to Lodge members such as notifications for special meetings and dues reminders. Please acknowledge that you are aware of this.
Would you be open to, or prefer to, changing the day/time of meetings?
