Please RSVP to LompocOddFellows@gmail.com.
Spaces are LIMITED so please RSVP today. We will change this blog post when we are SOLD OUT.
For the 8:00 event, we will be serving four rounds of creepy cocktails and mocktails for the adults-only portion of the evening for $50 per person.
For the kiddos at 6:30, we will be having fun Halloween drinks and snacks at $15 per kiddo.
Stories will range from the eerie silhouettes of the Dark Watchers in the Santa Lucia Mountains to the restless soldier said to haunt La Purisima Mission. Guests will hear about phantom hitchhikers along Harris Grade, the glam-orous but ghostly Flapper Girl of Old Town, and tragedies closer to home from the murder of Nicholas Markowitz to the mystery of the Lompoc Jane Doe which was the basis for the Sue Grafton Novel Q is for Quarry. The night will also revisit the chilling legacies of local Thor Nis Christiansen, the Night Stalker, and even the Zodiac’s first victims, whose shadows still linger in California crime lore.
There will be a reveal of a newly created image of the Lompoc Jane Doe created by one of our members.
This Halloween season, the Odd Fellows of Lompoc invite you to raise a glass—
—and perhaps the little hairs on the back of your neck!
